Wanganui

Wanganui – The River City - on the shores of the Whanganui River is our 'Region in Focus' for this month. 

Situated approximately 454km from Auckland and 195km from Wellington, Wanganui city is sited on the Western side of the Whanganui River and the suburbs spread across the river.  The climate is great, the sporting facilities and activities vast and modern, and business is booming.
